Hi. I’m Jeremy Doran.

Growing up, math and science always made sense to me.

Humans never did.

What I noticed early on is that most people have a common language. One I lacked but wanted to learn.

It was for this reason that I studied mechanical engineering and psychology — one was a natural fit and the other was a learning experience.

This background has given me a unique perspective on leadership, one I now teach individuals in S.T.E.M.— showing them how to overcome the same  challenges I faced. Together we strategize on how to communicate with ease and effectiveness.

My past work includes Process Re-engineering at Pratt & Whitney, Global Strategy for APC (now Schneider Electric), owning a franchise business and coaching hundreds of engineers on their journey to becoming great leaders.
