Group coaching is a structured 10 session program specifically designed to help engineers take their leadership to the next level…faster. There will be lessons delivered each week, and then we will address specific issues as a group to come up with the best possible solutions. After the 10 sessions are complete, there will be a monthly accountability meeting where real time issues can be addressed.
