    Coaching

More about you…

Your background is in science, tech, engineering, math.

You're an engineer, nurse, software developer, business analyst, math teacher,

lab technician, IT specialist.

And you're looking to transition into a leadership role.

Leadership requires a different set of skills. Leaders need to delegate tasks, manage teams, handle interpersonal conflicts, and communicate effectively.

This is a challenge for all leaders, but can be even more challenging for S.T.E.M. professionals who tend to be technical problem solvers.

You’re looking to enhance your communication skills in order to convey complex technical concepts and drive team success. And you need someone who can help you get there.

More about me…

Hi, I’m Jeremy Doran.

Growing up, math and science always made sense to me.

Humans never did.

What I noticed early on is that most people have a common language. One I lacked

but wanted to learn.

It was for this reason that I studied mechanical engineering and psychology - one was a natural fit and the other was a learning experience.

This background has given me a unique perspective on leadership, one I now teach other people in the S.T.E.M. fields - showing them how to overcome the challenges I faced. Together we strategize on how to communicate with ease and effectiveness.

My past work includes Process Re-engineering at Pratt & Whitney, Global strategy for APC (now Schneider Electric), owning a franchise business and coaching hundreds of engineers on their journey to becoming great leaders.

I’d like to help you in your professional journey. Let’s book a complimentary call and see what we can accomplish together.

Regular Coaching Sessions

Follow-up

First, we’ll need to get to know you better, your organizational needs, your individual strengths.

And if we’re a good fit, we’ll move on to the next step.

Now we’ll dig deeper to gain a better understanding of the challenges your company faces.

Then we'll devise the best solutions possible.

Next we’ll develop an action plan and implement those habits. Repetition is the best practice.

This usually takes four to twelve coaching sessions.

Our time together will be short, but we’ll be available to answer any questions for the next year.

Resources will be provided for continuous learning.
